Key Responsibilities

• Deliver meals across dining areas within the residence.
• Work with other catering staff and assist with basic food preparations as directed by the supervisor.
• Support function planning and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to the catering facilities food safety programme schedule.
• Assist customers with service delivery in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Ensure all catering staff maintain safe food handling practices and compliance.

About you

• A warm, compassionate, and reliable team member.
• Ability to listen and understand clients' needs and requirements.
• Availability to work over a 7‐day roster.
• Relevant industry training – Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate.
• Previous experience in aged care or catering teams.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP compliance.
