Salary Range: $82,394 - $95,755 per annum (plus superannuation)
Contract: Full Time Term Contract up to 2 years

Responsibilities
* Lead key areas across early childhood and out‐of‐school hours care (OOSH) programs.
* Facilitate and deliver high‐quality programs that meet children's diverse needs.
* Guide a team of educators, supporting professional growth and ensuring quality care.
* Collaborate with colleagues, families and community partners to strengthen service delivery.
* Embed strong child safety practices and ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent ACECQA‐approved qualification.
* Centre‐based or OOSH experience.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Motivation to make a difference in a diverse community.
Selection Criteria
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA (essential).
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Current First Aid in an Education and Care Setting and CPR.
* Demonstrated experience delivering programmes in early childhood and/or out‐of‐school hours care settings.
* Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time Our Place (MTOP) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
* Child Protection and National Child Safety Training.
* Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development.
* Current NSW Class C driver's licence.
