We’re on the hunt for a mid-weight graphic + digital designer with a versatile skillset to help us (and our clients) look absolutely amazing.
3 Days Per Week
Future Proof Agency is a forward-thinking, award-winning branding + digital marketing agency with big plans and we need someone with serious design skills to support our next phase. We’re looking for commitment of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Can produce fresh, modern web designs in Figma with best practice UX design and accessibility in mind
- Create and/or update client presentations, templates + other cool projects
- Deliver client brand packaging, signage, merch, collateral - both creative concepting and execute for print or final delivery
- Design emails that people actually want to open, and Paid Ads people want to click on
- Make scroll-stopping and on-brand socials in Figma/Adobe (and occasionally, Canva)
- Produce brand identity designs and redesigns (periodic support)
- Own their creative vision to deliver exciting, on brand creative
Highly favoured
- Experience in editing short‑form video content for Reels/TikToks, to showcase your work
Must-haves
- Proven design experience in graphic design and website design in Figma/XD
- Experience and understanding of the digital marketing space (Paid Ads, Email Marketing, Social), with an ability to tailor design to the nuances and best practices of each channel
- Clear communication, collaborative‑friendly work ethic and initiative
- High level to detail and pride in work delivered, balanced with fast turn arounds
- Comfortable working within established brand identities to produce assets that align with standards and messaging
- Availability to start ASAP (ideally in the next 1‑2 weeks)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working with marketing platforms eg Klaviyo
- Bonus if you have experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar for video editing
