**Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Coordinator at PS Digital, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, driving strategic content initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of paid advertising and SEO efforts with overall marketing strategies. Your ability to manage relationships, develop compelling content strategies, and coordinate with our marketing specialists will contribute to the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique goals and needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective content strategies that align with their brand identity and business objectives.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continually enhance content strategies.
- Obtain client approval for proposed content strategies and ensure they are aligned with their vision.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with our creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries, comments, and feedback on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive interactions to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the weekly performance of content strategies, paid advertising campaigns, and SEO efforts.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports that outline the progress, achievements, and areas for improvement in a clear and concise manner.
- Compile notes from executed strategy elements, previous meetings, and action points to provide comprehensive updates to clients.
- Facilitate regular client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss ongoing strategies, and identify action items for the future.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including content strategy, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
