Primary objective
To support the Digital Learning and Innovation team by providing reliable, customer‑focused administrative support that
enables the delivery of modern eLearning solutions through a Learning Management System (LMS).
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Provide respectful, accurate and dependable administrative support to the team.
2. Respond to enquiries from stakeholders, participants and clients professionally, using customer support tools and digital
systems to support a positive customer experience.
3. Support day‑to‑day LMS and digital learning operations, including data entry, reporting, record keeping and system
updates.
4. Triage and coordinate eLearning‑related requests, managing them in a timely way, ensuring information is clear, accurate
and current.
5. Contribute to team capability through knowledge sharing, collaboration and ongoing personal development.
Selection criteria
Essential
1. Experience providing administrative support with strong organisational, time management and attention to detail skills.
2. Ability to build positive and productive relationships with colleagues, clients and senior staff.
3. Proven ability to determine and manage priorities, apply a practical, solution‑focused approach, and work through
challenges with resilience to meet deadlines.
4. Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds
5. A sound level of computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office, information management systems and
customer workflow tools.
6. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of commitment to service, innovation, ethical
practice, accountability, impartiality, diversity and respect.
Desirable
1. Previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or eLearning development tools (e.g. Articulate storyline,
Totara).
