As the CEO, you will lead the operational direction of the organization, ensure effective management, and handle overall business planning and execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing finance, guiding membership growth, working on business development, and fostering partnerships. The CEO is expected to align all operations with the mission and values of Field & Game Australia while representing the interests of the membership and community stakeholders.QualificationsA driving passion for outdoor recreation, conservation and shooting sportsStrong experience in Finance, Business Planning, and Financial ManagementProven track record in Operations Management and Strategic PlanningSales and Business Development skills to foster growth and engagementExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in setting vision and executing organizational goalsInspirational leadership experience within member-based or nonprofit organizations is an advantageAbility to champion conservation and community-driven initiativesRelevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
