Your new role
As the Recruitment Officer, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
* Drafting and posting job advertisements
* Screening applications and shortlisting suitable candidates
* Conducting interviews and reference checks
* Managing compliance and pre‐employment requirements
* Coordinating onboarding and candidate communication
* Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and high‐volume workloads
* Proficiency with recruitment systems and MS Office
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach
