This role sits at the core of product movement and supply continuity and ensures that stock lands where it needs to, when it needs to.
You'll partner closely with international suppliers, 3PLs, logistics, operations, and finance to turn data into meaningful planning decisions that enable seamless trade across multiple regions.

What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for the full demand planning lifecycle including forecasting, ordering and managing inventory levels across global markets.
You will:
Manage forecast accuracy across regions, styles and product lines, ensuring the right stock is available at the right time
Partner with global 3PLs, suppliers and factories to drive proactive inventory and supply alignment
Lead reporting, planning tools, scenario modelling and supplier communication to support trading and business decisions
Key Responsibilities
Own regional forecasting and actionable production plans
Raise purchase orders and manage supplier lead times and MOQ requirements
Track open PO status and escalate risk before it impacts trade
Partner with 3PLs globally to balance stock levels and fulfilment accuracy
Build planning dashboards to report against KPIs and trading performance
Maintain accurate master data across systems and platforms
Support freight documentation and customs coordination with logistics teams
Lead scenario planning for risk mitigation and future opportunities
Implement continuous improvements across planning tools and reporting
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance and Marketing to sync planning, campaigns and priority lines
What You Bring
4+ years' experience in demand planning, supply chain or inventory management
Experience working with 3PLs and offshore manufacturers
Advanced Excel capability and exposure to platforms such as Cin7, NetSuite, SAP or Shopify
Strong analytical capability with commercial reasoning
Ability to work across competing deadlines with precision and structure
Salary & Benefits
Salary A$120,000 plus super
