Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Admin Manager to join our team on-site in Mangalore, TAS. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing activities, managing administrative tasks, supporting the sales team, and ensuring effective communication between departments. Additional responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, overseeing customer relationships, managing logistics, and analyzing sales data to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales operations, market analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) toolsStrong marketing skills, including an understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and brandingExperience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and maintaining organized recordsExceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various teams and departmentsAnalytical thinking and ability to interpret sales metrics and performance indicatorsProject management skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar sales and marketing role is preferredFamiliarity with the sportswear or retail industry is advantageous
