Capital Solutions Group
Capital Solutions Group comprises all Goldman Sachs' capital markets departments, and operates on close cooperation with other areas of Investment Banking and other divisions within the firm, including Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities and Equities. Teams are organized by product group including Leveraged Finance, Equity Capital Markets, Investment Grade, Structured Finance, Corporate Derivatives, Public Sector & Infrastructure and Emerging Markets.
Equity Capital Markets – Sydney
The team is looking for an experienced VP to join us in Equity Capital Markets in Sydney.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline
* Minimum 8+ years in corporate advisory
* Experience working within Corporate Advisory or Investment Banking, ideally covering Equity Capital Markets transactions and products across Australia
* Advanced proficiency in financial modelling
* History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
* Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
* Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
* Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
* Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
