About your opportunity As Team Leader, you will manage and coordinate the operations of the Switchboard Services Unit, ensuring efficient service delivery and emergency response readiness.
You will lead a team of 17 staff, oversee interpreter bookings, maintain business continuity plans, and foster a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements Extensive customer service experience and ability to manage high-tempo environments.
Knowledge of switchboard processes and interpreter coordination highly desirable.
Working hours are Monday – Friday *********, however there will be an occasional requirement to backfill Switchboard Administrator shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to supervise and develop staff in line with HR policies and ethical standards.
Licence to operate a class C motor vehicle.
Evidence of vaccination or immunity for VPDs as per Queensland Health policy.
