Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee modular construction projects in the Greater Perth area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise on-site modular construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
* Interpret construction drawings and plans to guide project execution.
* Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.
* Implement and monitor site safety procedures and protocols.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (preferred).
* White Card (Construction Induction) – mandatory.
* Current and valid driver's licence.
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory role within modular or commercial construction.
* Strong understanding of modular building systems and methodologies.
* Familiarity with Australian Building Codes and Standards.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
* Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Solid understanding of WHS obligations and experience implementing site safety procedures.
* Competitive salary package ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
