We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Residential Property Administrator Assistant to join our client on a short term temporary basis. Based in the Inner West suburbs, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‐paced environment and has strong administrative and customer service skills.
About the role
You'll support the property management team with the day‐to‐day administration of a residential portfolio. This includes handling tenant enquiries, preparing lease documentation, coordinating maintenance requests, updating property listings, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
* Respond to tenant enquiries via phone and email
* Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and documentation
* Coordinate maintenance requests with contractors
* Manage property listings and inspection bookings
* Maintain databases and ensure records are up to date
* Support the team with general administrative tasks
About you
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* High attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
* Previous residential real estate experience
* Experience with Property Tree and BPAY processing is advantageous
