The role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Supervisor – Concrete to join our team at our Silverwater office. In this full-time role, you'll report directly to the Logistics Manager – NSW and take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of our concrete truck fleet.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Your strong leadership skills will help ensure smooth, safe, and timely delivery operations that meet our high standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
* Promote and maintain a safe work environment
* Support business strategy and goals
* Maintain compliance of concrete fleet with legislative and customer driven requirements
* Oversee truck maintenance
* Conducting regular truck inspections with a focus on fleet presentation
* Maintain high levels of customer service both internally and externally
* Manage operating costs
* Manage driver recruitment, onboarding and training for employees
* Assist with the rollout of logistics related projects and training
What you will need to succeed
* Solid leadership capability with previous logistics supervision experience
* Proven experience managing driver teams, including both contractors and company-owned fleet (highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of the transport industry - National Heavy Law and Chain of Responsibility
* Able to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Proficient computer skills - Gearbox, SAP and Microsoft Suite
* Heavy Vehicle qualification (desirable)
