About the Role This part‑time role is ideal for someone with experience in property management who enjoys working in a steady, organised environment. Working approximately 15–20 hours per week, you'll support the Property Manager with day‑to‑day tasks, helping keep a well‑maintained portfolio running smoothly. Hours can be shaped around your other commitments, offering true flexibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist with routine inspections, lease renewals and tenancy tasks
* Support landlord and tenant communication
* Coordinate maintenance requests and follow‑up
* Prepare documentation and assist with compliance
* Provide general portfolio support as needed
Skills & Experience
* Experience in property management or an assistant PM role
* Understanding of SA tenancy legislation
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident, reliable and capable of working independently
* Current Property Management Licence
