About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Printer Operator / Production Lead to oversee and manage our print production operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day operation of our roll-to-roll printers, laminator, UV flatbed printer, flatbed cutter, and plotter, ensuring all work is produced efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard.
A key component of this position is vehicle graphics preparation, ranging from basic spot graphics through to complex partial and full vehicle wraps. You will play an important role in managing workflow, maintaining production standards, and supporting the wider team to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and manage roll-to-roll wide format printers
* Operate UV flatbed printing equipment for rigid signage and printed panels
* Laminating printed vinyl and graphics
* Operate flatbed cutter and vinyl plotter for signage and print finishing
* Prepare vehicle graphics for installation, including:
o Spot graphics
o Partial wraps
o Full vehicle wraps
* Manage production workflow, job priorities, and deadlines
* Monitor stock levels and production materials
* Maintain quality control across all printed and finished work
* Liaise with design, installation, and management teams
* Assist with basic vehicle signage installations where required
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience operating wide format roll-to-roll printers
* Experience with UV flatbed printers, laminators, flatbed cutters, and plotters
* Strong understanding of vehicle graphics production and preparation
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
* Clear, professional communication skills
* Experience in signage or vehicle graphics production is essential
