As a Customer Service Manager at Myer Mt Gravat t you'll be the driving force behind our customer service excellence — leading teams across multiple departments, inlcuding Beauty to deliver outstanding service and achieve strong results.
You'll champion the Myer strategy, manage daily operations, and provide ongoing coaching and leadership to your team.

Our management teams work across fortnightly rotating rosters to meet key store trading hours, including weekends and extended/peak trade (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas-New Years).
