The company is located in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 720,000 square meters. Its predecessor was Shenyang Transformer Factory, founded in 1938. As of November 2024, the company has a registered capital of RMB 117,832 million.

2. Technological Strength

As a leader and standard-setter in the technological development of China's transformer industry, the company has developed a total of 146 world-class new products, achieved 62 "world-first" milestones, and holds 333 patented technologies with independent intellectual property rights. It has also participated in the formulation of 85 industry standards at home and abroad.

In terms of honors, the company has won 6 National Science and Technology Progress Awards (including 2 Special Awards, 2 First Prizes, and 2 Second Prizes), 4 Special Awards of China Machinery Industry Progress Award, and many other prestigious honors.

3. Business Scope

The company's headquarters has the capacity for mass production of transformers, reactors, and controllable reactors with voltage levels of 1000kV, 750kV, 500kV and below, and capacity of 1000MVA and below. It also possesses R&D and manufacturing capabilities for AC products with higher voltage levels and larger capacity.

In addition, the company is capable of mass-producing DC converter transformers, oil-immersed smoothing reactors, and dry-type smoothing reactors with voltage levels of ±1100kV, ±800kV, ±600kV, ±500kV and below.

Its joint-venture instrument transformer manufacturing company (established with Končar from Croatia) produces electromagnetic/capacitive voltage transformers and current transformers with voltage levels of 500kV and below.

4. Production Capacity

The company is a world-class UHV AC/DC power transmission and transformation technology industrial park, boasting the highest voltage levels, the most robust quality assurance system, and leading test equipment, production facilities, and production environment globally. Its single-plant transformer production capacity exceeds 200 million kVA, ranking first in the world.

5. Market Coverage

The company's products are widely used in 31 provinces/municipalities/autonomous regions across China and exported to 60 countries and regions on five continents. Under China's "Going Global" strategy and the "Belt and Road" Initiative, the company actively contributes to the development of the "Electricity Silk Road" and the global energy internet.

Role Description

1.Market & Project Intelligence Management:
Collect and track information on overseas power projects, conduct in-depth market research and analysis, and establish a standardized project information database.

2.Overseas Market Development:
Lead the development of overseas markets for full industrial chain products, services, and product integration solutions within the assigned region.

3.Payment Collection & Cash Flow Assurance:
Implement and complete payment collection tasks in the responsible region; explore potential resources for advance payment collection to ensure the company's cash flow operates smoothly.

4.Agent Management:
Manage agents' work in strict accordance with the terms specified in the agency agreement.

5.Routine Management & Business Record-keeping:
Establish and maintain routine management systems and business ledgers to consolidate the foundation of operational management.

Qualifications

1.Education & Experience Background:
Bachelor's degree or above; seasoned professionals with international market development experience from benchmark enterprises in the same industry.

2.Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English or Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Proficiency in other target market languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, etc.) is a plus.

3.Industry Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in overseas market development and sales in the power equipment industry or related fields; candidates with successful project cases are preferred.

4.Market Insight:
Possess sharp market acumen, capable of conducting in-depth analysis of overseas market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

5.Industry & Product Knowledge:
Familiar with the power equipment industry; understand product characteristics, technical parameters, and application scenarios; able to quickly introduce products to customers and recommend suitable product solutions.

6.Strategy Formulation & Execution:
Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market conditions, including pricing strategies, channel expansion, and promotional activities.

7.Business Negotiation Skills:
Excellent business negotiation skills; capable of effectively addressing customer objections and reaching cooperation consensus.

8.International Trade & Compliance Awareness:
Familiar with international trade terms, contract drafting and review processes; ensure compliance and risk control during contract execution.
