Job Summary:
The Business Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with NDIS participants, support coordinators, local area coordinators (LACs), plan managers, and other community partners. This role ensures our services are aligned with participants' goals and compliant with NDIS standards, while also driving business growth and improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth – Track/Optimize Performance – Stay Ahead – Strengthen Networks
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, and partner organisations.
* Act as the key point of contact for external stakeholders, addressing queries, concerns, and service feedback.
* Identify partnership and referral opportunities to support participant engagement and business growth.
* Represent the organisation at community forums, expos, and NDIS-related events.
* Track engagement metrics and contribute to strategic planning and service improvement.
* Stay current with NDIS guidelines, policy updates, and sector best practices.
About You:
Passion – Relationship Building Skills - Proven Growth Experience – NDIS Knowledge - Proactive
* Strong understanding of the NDIS, its principles, and the needs of people with disability.
* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, business development, or account management.
* Empathetic, culturally sensitive, and person-centred in approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally as needed.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and relevant qualifications (e.g. in Disability, Community Services, or Business) desirable.
