* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop designs and drawings that meet client requirements.
* Evaluate on-site conditions to scope job requirements, prepare accurate quotes, and communicate product offerings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Liaise with workshop and engineering teams to ensure alignment on job specs and deliverables, provide feedback to promote continuous improvement, and support after-sales follow-up for customer satisfaction.
