About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver person-centred care to individuals in their homes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment and applying your clinical expertise to enhance their quality of life.
* Carry out comprehensive assessments, create and implement client care plans within your scope
* Consider the physical, social, and psychological needs of clients
* Develop and update care plans to reflect changing requirements
* Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards
* Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
You will spend most of your day visiting clients in their homes, completing scheduled appointments. We encourage our team members to be creative and enjoy themselves while making a positive impact.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Current AHPRA registration and unrestricted work entitlements
* Post-registration nursing experience, preferably in community care
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
* Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work use
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
