The Role
As we enter our next growth phase, we are seeking a highly experienced Insurance Construction/Building Manager to oversee our building operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for setting and implementing innovative construction practices, ensuring quality and compliance, and developing high‑performing insurance construction teams.

We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior insurance construction role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire high‑performing teams.
* Excellent understanding of residential construction, both volume and custom builds.
* A passion for innovation and improving building processes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* High level of computer literacy
* Construction White Card
* Understanding of WHS practices, legislation and regulations
* Current motor vehicle licence
* Trade Qualifications in Construction Management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to travel interstate as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all insurance construction activities across the region.
* Lead, mentor, and grow insurance construction teams in the region.
* Develop and implement innovative and efficient building methods.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
* Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
* Contribute to strategic planning and expansion goals
