* Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise cost, quality, and reliability.
* Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor relationship management.
* Ensure compliance with health purchasing policies and regulatory standards.
* Oversee contract management, including performance monitoring and renewals.
* Drive IT and telecommunications initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency.
* Champion sustainability and continuous improvement across procurement and asset management.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide expert advice to support organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Procurement management and strategic sourcing.
* Contract governance, risk mitigation, and compliance.
* IT and telecommunications oversight, including subscriptions and hardware.
* Stakeholder engagement and capability building.
* Policy development and lifecycle asset management.
About you
* Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.
* Experience in healthcare procurement and compliance with HSV policies.
* Understanding of IT and telecommunications within a healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to lead a team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
