Job Title: Patient Care Assistant


About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients, delivering high-quality services in a supportive and inclusive environment.


About You:


To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. You will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality services within established timelines.


Key Responsibilities:


Your key responsibilities will include providing personal care to patients, undertaking a range of services including catering, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and social support as directed by HSM, HSS Coordinator, Senior RN on duty, and/or leading hand. You will also demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety, and quality improvement, and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, standards, and legislation.
