A growing MSP, ISP & Voice Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne’s South-East requires an IT Field Technician for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, to be based in Brisbane. Your current role
In this exciting role, you will be:
- Providing IT support across hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and scanners.
- Managing assets, stock, and equipment for site visits.
- Supporting client onboarding, relocations, and scheduled upgrades.
Maintaining accurate documentation and escalating complex issues when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Prior experience in deploying hardware and providing IT support onsite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently on client sites.
- Prior experience working in an MSP is highly regarded.
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
