What You'll Do:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their first point of contact for service and support.
* Convert technical features into customer benefits, providing expert advice on lighting and associated control systems.
* Develop and execute strategic action plans to meet sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities, showcasing innovative solutions to drive growth.
* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery.

What You'll Bring:
* Essential proven sales and project management experience in the lighting or electrical industry.
* A strong network in the specification market (preferred).
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* In-depth technical knowledge of lighting, electrical, and control systems.
* A consultative, customer-focused approach and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across SA, with occasional interstate or overseas trips.
