What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, with responsibilities including data entry, maintaining operational records, answering calls and emails, and coordinating communication with drivers and dispatch teams. They will also be responsible for preparing and completing run sheets, booking jobs, creating and managing job orders, and handling document scanning and filing to support efficient workflow and compliance.
This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. A proactive approach, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative and logistical support are essential to succeed in this position.
