We are currently seeking to appoint a driven and passionate Residential Support, Engagement and Development Manager. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in operational management, and experience supporting large, complex customer communities. As a key member of our leadership group, you will make a significant contribution to strategic planning and the delivery of an exceptional residential experience for our on-campus student population. In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of processes, programs and projects that foster engagement, strengthen community, and enhance the overall residential experience.
