About the Role
We're seeking motivated candidates to begin their 1st year Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship as an Apprentice Maintenance Technician.
You'll earn while you learn in a modern manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced trades who will mentor and support your development. This is a structured pathway into a secure, high-demand career.
No prior trade experience is required - we're hiring for attitude, reliability and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preventative and breakdown maintenance
* Learn to diagnose and repair plant equipment
* Support fabrication and workshop activities
* Learn to read technical drawings and schematics
* Maintain tools and workshop standards
* Complete formal apprenticeship training
* Follow site safety and quality requirements
* Work as part of a collaborative maintenance team
What We're Looking For
* Successful completion of Year 12 preferably in the STEM streams
* Completion of a Certificate 2 in a relevant trade
* Eligible and committed to starting a 1st year apprenticeship
* Genuine interest in mechanical or electrical trades
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Positive team attitude
* Good practical problem-solving skills
* Driver's licence
* Strong attendance record
Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is helpful but not essential.
