In Australia, we operate a select, highly skilled, internationally diverse engineering team, providing engineering and design advisory services to Australia's naval programs, and maritime autonomy system development. Our team holds expertise across naval architecture, marine engineering, systems engineering, integrated logistics support, engineering consulting and acquisition program management.
Your New Role and Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the configuration management process, including change control, baseline management, and quality control.
* Oversee document control processes to ensure accurate versioning, traceability and accessibility of project documentation.
* Support delivery of quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with project, engineering and defence standards.
* Coordinate configuration and quality activities across multidisciplinary and international project teams to maintain project integrity.
* Based in Canberra or Newcastle.
What You'll Bring to Make an Impact
* Configuration management expertise, including change control, version management and baseline management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate across technical and project teams.
* High level of organisation and attention to detail, particularly in documentation, governance and quality processes.
* Background working in defence or regulated engineering environments, with knowledge of ASDEFCON frameworks highly regarded.
* Ability to work proactively and independently, ensuring configuration integrity and compliance across the project lifecycle.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a baseline security clearance and willing to obtain and hold an NV‐1 or greater security clearance.
