Job Title
This role is part of the Employment Programs team, focusing on developing tailored programs for community members facing barriers to employment.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including Service NSW and DCS, to facilitate traineeships and internships, promoting a diverse workforce.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining regular reporting of operational outcomes in the Employment programs space.
Liaising with traineeship providers and internal/external stakeholders, following all requests, coordinating traineeship provider stakeholders to ensure required business processes are followed in line with contract.
Providing feedback to senior advisors, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of business, administrative, and support services to meet business needs.
Maintaining a proactive approach to monitor and action incoming requests and queries via general mailboxes.
Developing, implementing, reviewing, recommending improvements, and updating administrative systems, processes, and policies to ensure compliance with GSE Act, traineeship contracts, invoicing/finance processes.
Requirements
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with a friendly work ethic.
* Ability to manage positive relationships with key stakeholders - internal and external across all levels.
* Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
* High-level work performance and compliance achievement.
* Effective prioritization of workload to meet deadlines.
* Experience in SharePoint administrator and creating compelling MS PowerPoint presentations.
