The team provides a full suite of services including tax compliance, outsourced CFO support, bookkeeping, BAS, tax planning, ASIC services, and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee BAS and end of year workflows, ensuring all ATO deadlines are met.
* Manage the BAS schedule and supervise the bookkeeping team to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
* Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse client base, ranging from $200K to $80M in turnover.
* Deliver interim tax planning and advisory services to optimise client tax positions, particularly during peak periods.
* Provide strategic advice on matters such as business structuring and CGT.
* Oversee the monthly creditor pay run and budgeting process of an established commercial real estate agency.
Skills and Experience
* Degree in Accounting or Business, with CA/CPA qualification (or currently in progress with relevant experience).
* Minimum 4 years' experience in public practice at intermediate or senior level.
* Strong proficiency in Xero (including XPM and Xero Tax) experience with FYI Docs and NowInfinity is advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, managing workflows and lodgements with minimal supervision.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client focused approach.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with solid knowledge of Australian tax regulations, FBT and SMSF experience is a bonus.
