Responsibilities and Role Overview
As a Room Lead / Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Roma
Our intimate centre, accommodating 74 children daily, fosters a family-friendly work environment characterised by warmth and inclusivity. We place a strong emphasis on the well-being and mental health of our staff and the families we serve. Our team is wonderfully diverse, comprising of Educators from the Philippines, Nepal, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Australia, including First Nations staff members.

You'll need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
