Owing to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Construction & Major Projects Partner (or a Special Counsel ready for partnership) to strengthen its dynamic Projects & Infrastructure team.
About the Role
You will work alongside three market‑leading Partners on high‑value government and private sector infrastructure matters across Australia.
Key focus areas include:
* Public‑Private Partnerships (PPPs)
* Major transport, energy, health, and education projects
* Construction contracts and complex advisory work
* Government procurement and tendering processes
* Project structuring, delivery strategies, and risk management
This role offers significant leadership scope, direct client engagement, and a genuine opportunity to grow and shape your own practice.
Ideal Candidate
* 10–25 years in Construction Law and Major Projects
* Based in Brisbane; relocation considered for interstate candidates from national or strong mid‑tier firms
* Capability across at least two key focus areas noted above
* Established relationships with State or Commonwealth Government, and Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
* Demonstrated commercial acumen, strong client focus, and effective mentoring skills
Salary & Benefits
* Special Counsel: $290K+
* Salaried Partner: $400K + bonuses
* Equity Partner: $750K – $1.05M+
