- Provide face-to-face OT support—at home and in the community
- Implement evidence-based therapies for NDIS participants and their support team
- Produce functional capacity assessments and end of intervention reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues (e.g., physios, speech pathologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists) to design and deliver integrated care.

* Ability to travel independently across some areas of Sydney, and deliver services outside of a fixed clinic schedule.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective liaison with clients, carers, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members.
Desirable Requirements
These attributes would strengthen your application:
* Experience providing OT services in community settings.
