**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.
The office based Project Coordinator is responsible for engaging trades, technicians, scheduling and managing budgets to ensure the timely delivery of projects to our clients. The role works closely with estimators, technicians, suppliers, sub-contractors and finance team and reports to a Team Leader.
**Key activities include but are not limited to**:
- Consistent and accurate administration and project coordination of small-medium restoration projects
- Organisation and scheduling of appropriate trades/ technicians/ estimators
- Cost management through claim life, handling of trade invoices
- Strong focus on KPIs
- Collating photos and other documents for submitting reports and quotations
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updates
**Desired skills**:
- Experience in insurance repair coordination
- Thorough understanding of the construction or restoration process, critical inspection points and WHS requirements
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
- Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and outcome focused
- Ability to act independently and multi-task
- High attention to detail with excellent communication
