OUR FACILITIES:
Our company employs over 400 staff, across our growing national operations. Our main manufacturing and operations base is located at YATALA in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane). We are only a 10-minute drive North of Dreamworld, on the M1 Motorway.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Production team members are engaged to assist in the manufacture of Triple M products. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates that possess skills or experience in the following areas:
MACHINE OPERATORS / RAW MATERIAL PROCESSING:
* Previous machine operating experience - CNC, Brake Presses, Turret/Shears, Guillotines, Mandrel Bending.
* Other raw material processing includes - Cutting, drilling, bending, grinding, linishing of parts andcomponent.
* Performing routine quality checks, in accordance with our work procedures.
* Able to follow specific work instructions, have a keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
Success in the role relies heavily upon the strict observance of company policies and procedures, particularly with regards to Quality, Efficiency, Safety, Service, plus a keen ability to follow all directions as provided by company Leaders.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:
* Previous factory/manufacturing experience - highly regarded
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport - a must
* Must be punctual, reliable and available for work Monday to Friday, from 5:45am to 3:15pm (dayshift) or 3:45pm to 1:15am (nightshift)
* Good interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to work positively in a team environment
* A great attitude to work and helping others
* A current resume with 2 recent referees
