Job Description - Food and Beverage Attendant Lobby Lounge (Part Time)

Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will create memorable guest experiences by ensuring the outlet operates according to brand standards and exceeds guest expectations through exceptional service.
* Impact guest experience by working closely with an experienced team to deliver food and beverage service
* Collaborate within a multiskilled team in the Food & Beverage department
* Provide a friendly, warm welcome and prompt, efficient service
* Assist guests with seating and set up service areas with sufficient mise en place
* Promptly collect and deliver orders from the kitchen
* Assist with barista or bartender tasks
* Perform waiting duties, including cleaning tables
* Mix sophisticated drinks and demonstrate product knowledge
* Handle reservations, greeting, and seating guests
* Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
* Maintain personal appearance and attitude to exemplary standards
* Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and chairs before and during service
* Adhere to health, safety, and welfare policies
* Perform physical tasks such as carrying food, clearing tables, pushing trolleys, and reaching for items
Requirements
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
* Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
* Food hygiene experience desirable
* Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management are a plus
* Experience with electronic ordering systems desirable
* Cash handling experience advantageous
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good time management and ability to follow instructions
* Commitment to high-quality customer service
* Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and nights with early and late finishes
* Valid Australian working rights for at least 6 months
