About Us:
The Major Health Projects and Infrastructure (MHPI) Directorate leads the development of strategies and planning of infrastructure assets for the system. The MHPI Directorate is responsible for oversight of key infrastructure programs and projects across several branches: Infrastructure and Major Health Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced applicant to the Senior Program Coordinator role, responsible for providing high-quality reporting, monitoring, and analysis of financial matters for the Major Health Projects and Infrastructure Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice and advice on human resourcing matters to the Executive Directors.
Responsibilities:
* Providing financial reports and advice to support strategic decision-making;
* Maintaining accurate records and data to inform budgeting and forecasting;
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements;
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency;
* Supporting the Executive Directors in developing and implementing organizational strategies.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have experience in analyzing and reporting on budgetary performance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Selection Criteria:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience;
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role;
* Experience in financial analysis and reporting;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
* Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
