Responsibilities
* Communicate to drivers on the radio during all sessions to Grove standards
* Conduct pre-event simulations & analysis to enhance understanding & performance and to guide in-session changes
* Create run plans for each session with clear objectives
* Distribute Brake and Damper build plans pre-events
* High level data analysis of car & driver performance
* Identify and find areas for driver to improve
* Clearly document all engineering and driver feedback
* Identify and improve areas within toolchain that lack
* Race strategy analysis & execution
* Manage Tyre Database & Event Tyre requirements including performance elements
* Work closely with crew chief & lead chassis mechanic to execute car preparation for each session
* Prepare all pre & post event analysis & documents for driver pre and post event briefings

* High level data analysis and interpretation skills
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure
* Advanced understanding of vehicle setup, tyre management and race strategy
* Strong planning, organisation and documentation skills
* Continuous improvement mindset and technical curiosity
* Experience in professional motorsport engineering environments
* Proven experience in race engineering, vehicle dynamics and data analysis
* Experience working directly with drivers and technical crews under high-pressure conditions
* Strong understanding of motorsport technical and sporting regulations
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Mechanical, Motorsport, Automotive or related Engineering discipline
* Current driver licence and ability to travel extensively
* Relevant motorsport accreditation or Supercars experience preferred
