The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Electrical Services team.
This role is responsible for delivering accurate estimates, value-driven design solutions, and high-quality project support across commercial electrical, communications, and security projects.
You'll work closely with project managers, consultants, and clients, contributing to successful national project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Complete accurate take-offs using Countfire and prepare detailed estimates.
Review and compare tender vs. construction drawings to identify scope changes.
Provide value management insights and support integrated design solutions.
Work collaboratively with Electrical, AV, and Smart Building teams.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver pricing on time.
Maintain clear documentation, records, and proposal presentations.
About You
Minimum 10 years' experience in the electrical industry (estimating or engineering highly regarded).
Strong understanding of electrical, communications, and security design.
Proficient with Countfire Take-Off and Espro Estimating Software.
Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and a professional approach.
