We're seeking a Senior Account Manager / Team Leader to join our Tuggerah branch, supporting our Chief General Manager - National Regional. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on portfolio management with team leadership, driving both client outcomes and team performance.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced Broker who enjoys owning client relationships while also taking on leadership responsibility.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, and working closely with the Chief General Manager – National Regional, you'll play a key role in delivering strong client outcomes and supporting team performance.
* Managing a portfolio of clients, supported by an Assistant Account Executive
* Overseeing claims management to ensure smooth outcomes for clients
* Preparing quotations, negotiating with underwriters, and compiling reports
* Identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
* Supporting, mentoring and guiding Account Managers in day-to-day work
* Assisting with workflow coordination and maintaining service standards across the team
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements

About You
You bring strong broking experience and are ready to take the next step in your career, with an interest in mentoring and supporting others.

* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
