We're searching for Security Officers with a standout customer service approach to join our Village Team in the Pilbara – creating a secure, harmonious home-away-from-home for our workforce.

Your Role:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted point of contact for residents and guests
* Conduct regular, visible security patrols across the village – always with a friendly approach
* Monitor CCTV and access control, ensuring discreet and welcoming oversight
* Respond professionally and empathetically to incidents and emergencies
* Maintain clear security logs and incident documentation
* Carry out wellbeing checks, looking out for the safety and mental health of our community
* Proactively support village events and activities with a can-do attitude

* WA Security licence (essential)
* First Aid and CPR Certificate (essential)
* WA C Class Drivers Licence (essential)
* Mental Health First Aid (desirable)
* I-CAM experience (desirable)
