Dynamic Team Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Information Services team as a Team Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in the administration field.
This role will be at the heart of the IS team, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential administrative support.
* Leading the IS Onboarding process for new acquisitions, ensuring a seamless integration.
* Managing and assigning escalations within the IS team, driving efficient resolution.
* Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
* Maintaining accurate records and generating reports using SharePoint.
* Managing purchasing activities for the team.
* Scheduling meetings and organizing engaging team events.
* Contributing to Asset Management, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
* Assisting with audits and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
* Receiving and coordinating incoming and outgoing package deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in the information service field or as a coordinator for a large global team, proven experience in an administration role within a fast-paced service department, and prior experience in asset management responsibilities, including audits and documentation.
