About the Role We're searching for a senior-level Account Executive based in Perth to own end-to-end sales into the mining sector. You'll be responsible for opening new doors, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing complex enterprise deals.This is a strategic growth hire for a high-performing individual with an established network in mining. You'll play a central role in expanding footprint across Western Australia, supported by marketing, technical, and implementation teams. Key Responsibilities Own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting through to closeLeverage your existing industry relationships to drive new logo acquisitionIdentify key stakeholders and map out buying committees across enterprise accountsLead discovery conversations, demos, and solution proposals with technical and executive teamsManage a high-value pipeline and accurately forecast sales performanceWork closely with internal teams to align pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sale supportRepresent the company at key industry events and forums What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise software salesProven track record closing 6-7 figure deals in complex B2B environmentsDeep network and relationships in the mining sector, particularly in WAStrong understanding of long enterprise sales cycles (6-12+ months)Commercial mindset - comfortable selling on business value, ROI, and operational impactExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh autonomy, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing SaaS businessFamiliarity with contractor management, construction, or workforce platforms is a plus Why Join?
