About the Role
As Product Owner, you lead the delivery of initiatives that enhance claim experiences. Working with a cross‐functional squad, you translate business priorities into actionable outcomes that improve value, compliance, and customer trust. This role contributes to a broader consumer insurance transformation with real‐world impact.
This is a 12-month contract position.
What You'll Do
* Lead and support end‐to‐end delivery of DI Claims, ensuring solutions meet customer needs, regulatory obligations, and business objectives
* Prioritise and manage the squad backlog, balancing value, risk, dependencies, and delivery capacityPartner with Technology, Risk, and Claims teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and release activities that support successful outcomes with our stakeholders
* Provide clear direction to the delivery squad, maintaining focus on agreed goals and customer impact
* Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, using structured governance and transparent stakeholder communication
What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Product Owner or in a delivery role within insurance or financial services, applying agile practices to achieve outcomes
* Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and acceptance criteria that guide delivery teams
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders and cross‐functional partners
* Confidence using data, insight, and customer feedback to inform prioritisation and decision‐making
* Familiarity with claims systems or enterprise platforms, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technology teams
