Key Responsibilities
MAINTAINING INFORMATION IN PIMS
* Create new stockcards for New Lines
* Update information for lines already loaded with in PIMS
* Assist and respond to stores product issues
* Run reports to find gaps with information loaded in PIMS to make sure information is aligned
* Work with the Stock and Product Management Manager & Coordinator, as well as IT department to develop and improve PIMS
REPORTING
* Run a combination of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Database Maintenance Reports
* Run a combination of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Wholesaler Reports
General Responsibilities
* Provide quality information to the Stock & Product Management Manager in all areas of responsibilities
* Provide assistance and support to other members of the team in performance of their roles and responsibilities
* As and when required, undertake additional projects or activities as directed by management.
* Act in accordance with all policies, procedures practices and guidelines in the performance of accountabilities
* Take all reasonable care for their own and others safety and wellbeing while at work.
Qualifications and Experience
* Sound problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.
* Good IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel Skills as well as the ability to pick up new programs quickly
* Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask
* A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results
