Sales and Marketing Manager – Narayan Unit Trust

Location: Balcatta, Western Australia 6021

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation

Position Overview: The Trustee for Narayan Unit Trust is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, promote company services and products, identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote company services and products.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate advertising, branding and promotional campaigns.
• Manage online and digital marketing activities including website and social media promotions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and marketing budgets.
• Support customer service and business development initiatives.
• Work closely with management to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Skills & Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Experience in sales, customer service and digital marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of construction, home improvement or building products industry an advantage.
