About the Role
The Venue Manager will oversee all aspects of the venue's operations, including bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation.
Responsibilities include driving revenue, ensuring compliance, managing staff performance, and maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership position for a results-driven professional with a passion for people and service.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy pub, club, or hotel environment.
Strong understanding of financial performance, P&L, and KPI management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build strong, engaged teams.
Knowledge of compliance, licensing, and gaming operations
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and community engagement.
