**Your next career opportunity**
As the Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Tuning in to Kids program at the University of Melbourne's Mindful Centre, you'll be at the heart of delivering internationally recognised, evidence-based parenting programs. Based at the Travancore campus with hybrid working arrangements, you'll play a senior role in a small administrative team supporting the delivery of on-line and face to face training.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Coordinate Training Administration**:Manage registrations, databases, and training logistics for face-to-face and online sessions.
- **Oversee Financial Tasks**:Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and financial administration for the program.
- **Lead Team Processes**:Develop efficient systems, allocate tasks, and maintain team documentation.
- **Manage Communications**:Coordinate program advertising, newsletters, and website management.
- **Support Online Resources**:Oversee the production and distribution of digital and print materials.
- **Provide Customer Support**:Troubleshoot issues for online parenting products and respond to enquiries **.**
- **Liaise with Stakeholders**:Assist in coordinating with organisations, presenters, and partners to optimise program delivery.

You hold a degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education, with strong administrative and communication skills.
**You may also**:
- Demonstrate high-level organisational and time management abilities.
- Possess expertise in using Zoom for large group educational settings.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and various digital platforms.
- Have experience in customer service and stakeholder management.
- Be flexible with working hours to accommodate training schedules.
- Show commitment to teamwork and excellence in service delivery.
